A guy will be happy with anything for his car. I'd stay away from clothes, unless it is something special for you to wear, not him. Also I'd recommend a surprise for him. It may be old and corny but the whip cream bikini is still FANTASTIC.

wow daim i should have my gf do that for my this year for my bday. Shit the sex is expected as for the gift car stuff is always great just dont be too shady and something you can afford that you KNOW he would like. If not car just surprise him with some other cool stuff. Or just a n iught of dabauchery.

... My personal suggestion is to get him whatever he is into and doesn't already have... Digging deeper into his interests to find what you are looking for will make this act a little more special... Sex is always the assumed easy way out, so sex should be in addition to whatever you get him
