It's a really simple install, you will get instructions with the intake too, but I didn't even bother with mine.

Injen CAE install (http://danio.nismo.org/cae.html)
Vague instructions, but that should be more than enough. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

But how about the sensor (MAS ...)? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> We do have to take it off the stock one right?
Thanks

Yes you do have to remove the stock MAS and put it on the injen intake system. Otherwise the car wouldn't run. But installation is a breeze, very straight forward. The hardest part of it for me was connecting the small sensor. The only reason that was hard was because I think they sent me the wrong cast adapter so I had to rig something up so it would work. But it works fine, and sounds GREAT! You will really enjoy this mod <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
Good luck on installation

Hi Guys, I have a 1990, and I am waiting on my Injen CAI, my question is, on the stock airbox, there is some sort of a sensor(not the MAF), it is bolted to the side of my airbox, what am I supposed to do with this? thanks

Ya the thing between the air box and the plastic pipe is the MAF (http://danio.nismo.org/images/20010814_injen_04.jpg). (Is it MAS or MAF? Mass Air ...?) That's a pic of the stock air box removed and the MAF attached to the stock plastic pipe.
I don't remember having to move anything next to the windshield wiper fluid. It's all the way next to the battery, right? I do remember having to move the hose (radiator hose? dunno what it's called.) that's next to the throttle opening (http://danio.nismo.org/images/20010814_injen_07.jpg) though, so I could remove a bolt or nut that was hard to reach. Didn't have to take the hose off, just moved it aside a bit.
Very vague instructions (http://danio.nismo.org/shortram.html) for the intake without the CAE. =)

These questions are really pointless. ALL your questions will be answered when you receive the intake. The instructions are very specific.
recent review I did:
"Injen. The cae was kind of a pain to get on due to having to jack the car up to get under it so I could get to the panel covering the resonator box. Also the hoses they sent were wrong. They sent a 2in, 6in, 8in, and 15in 15mm hose. They never mention use of the 15mm hose. and they never mention which hose goes to the IAA valve. They say use the 6in and 2in connecteed to the plastic T in line with each other. So I used the 8in and 2in in line, and put the 6in. to the IAA valve. Then cut about 4-5 inches off the 15in peice and connected it to the MAF bracket. Everthing was honkey doory after that. They also weren't very clear about the hose that connects the 2 peices of the CAE. the metal peices of the cae don't actually go inside the hole in the engine bat. they go in the ENDS of the hose that goes in the hole. You can now see the Filter through the vent under the headlight (where the daytime running lamp is on Canadian models is) Throttle response is GREATLY improved. Probably added 3-5 hp. not much. But sounds awesome. Honestly I had a SOHC before with the INJEN Short Ram, and it sounded deeper than the DOHC I have now with the CAI. Still sounds REALLY aggresive though. Both very nice mods. "
Thats the only stuff you need to be aware of that is not clear in the instructions.
