Well.. Jacks and Queens I believe are NA.. some Queens are turbocharged though(from what I've heard). Kings and Aces carry the DET.. But the Ace has more bling than the King.. something like that.

I can aswer that question by saying that most of the community here is tired of having to say you should have searched or having to explain something time in and time out. Zilvia members answer questions about things that partain to our cars im guessing more in the specific, I.e what offsets are you using, quality of a specific coilover, carbs on a ka, that kind of shit. You can say that super noob questions similar to the one your asking gets a super noob response. Although its not a bad question it is a super general question that zilvia members already know.

The one letter differance i was looking for was 'k' or whatever. The differance between 'k' 'q' and so on.

I'm familier with the search button, ive used it several times which is why my post count is so low for being on this damn board for two years. K's is turbo, Q's is N/A. It's pretty simple.

The A's is the "Almighty" version which I have no idea what it is. I always thought it was the top of the line one?

i thought almighty was a turbo J's (best suited for racing, as it has all the power of K's and none of the extra weight from power options and other bs)

I find it surprising that someone with a modded SR20 doesn't know this by now.. I guess some enthusiasts are more into it than others. Anyway, I believe it went like this.

J's - CA18DE (zenki) or SR20DE and base
Q's - CA18DE (zenki) or SR20DE
K's - CA18DET or SR20DET
A's = Almighty = a special edition Silvia with the SR20VE (not sure if it's that engine, but definitely NA from what I've read..)

Im into it just as much as everyone else, if not more. I do my own labor, my own swaps, and swaps for other people. I know about the engine differance, the front bumper differance, the K's side badges and the wing. I just wasnt sure if that was it or not. Kinda like how the Type X has a differant ECU and so on.

The OEM aero was an option on ALL models, same with the projector headlights.
I've seen Q's with full aero and projectors. K's are only one to have bumpers (nonaero) with intercooler cutout.

I swear i remember reading somewhere that you could get the A's with a DET. I thought the whole point of the A's being "Almighty" is that they are like the J's (no options so it would be lighter) and had the DET.

Anyway, the A's are like super rare, and I am sure we (state-side) will never have one imported over, so there is no use even discussing it.

there's no real point in importing ANY S13 Silvia or 180sx. They are all functionally the same as a 240sx with SR swap. The only major difference is RHD. The only advantage I can see in importing one is if it had all the nice factory options already installed. Beyond that, it's unneccessary.
