A couple of weeks ago, I replaced the rear rotors and brake pads with new OEM ones since the old rotors were warped and the pads were practically non-existant. Two weeks go by, and now I hear the same grinding noise in the back I heard before. I check it out, and the right rear brake pad is worn, and the new rotor I bought is now warped. How could a brake pad wear out in not even two weeks? This problem only happens in the right rear; the left rears are fine, and so are the fronts. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

your right rear rotor was it? Your caliper might be old and sticking,The piston in the right rear caliper might be stuck pushed out causing you to wear out the pads and rotors so quickly. Check it out. If it the caliper just find a used on for hella cheap and slap it on.

Yeah, buffalo is right, it sounds like a seized caliper piston. Did you push the piston all the way back into the caliper when you installed the rotors and pads? If you did, was there any unusual resistance?
