Alright I have posted this question about 5 times and never seem to have the answer. When I start my car they automatically start up and wont stop. Doesn't matter where the wiper switch is, and I changed the switch with another one and that did not solve the problem either. So today I changed the wiper motor, and that did not work either. So is it some deep wiring problem ?, or is there something else ?

Change the wiper amp. Pretty much common sense.

How did you check it?
Check the time control unit also. And buy/download an FSM.

S13- green box right against firewall on driver side.
S14- brown box, same spot on passenger side. Behind the ASCD actuator.

An FSM so you can verify inputs/outputs.

I changed the wiper amp, and they still go twice when I start up the car but I now can control them afterwards. Any suggestion for this ?
