Jacquemond Wide Body Kitted 240sx!! I got it!

O.K. So I just bought the Jacquemond Wide Body Kit becuase I found it from this guy for HALF the price of MSRP. I'm in the process of installing it and am having difficulties deciding what color to paint it after i'm done.

Red=Maybe
Black=Maybe

The only problem is that with red and black there are already so many red and black cars out there. So i'm leading towards

Burnt Orange=The color of the new 350Z's
or
White=A Pure White

I thought about a dark or olive green and even yellow but I don't know how good those would look on this car.

Tell me what you guys think what color would look best. Here's a pic of a car with that body kit.

that kit is way to fast for a slow ass 240 lol.... i hope your car has the balls to back it up. i say white, its the best to hide dirt, and looks really nice when its washed and waxed... my 240 is pear white.

i sure hope that was less then $500 bucks.. and you got some really good headlights, cuz going that extreme on the body and still have 6054 standard lights would sure suck.. looks pretty cool in red tho

black hides the kit more, something brighter would definately shows it off more. I would also agree with white, but I like white cars. hope u have clearcorner light kit with the two projector , becuase that setup would match that kit. and definately have some power under the hood or else it just like have a fiero with a lambo kit

Yah I was actually going to go with this kit as the rear with an S15 Front end conversion but since I was able to get the whole kit for what it would have cost me just for the rear I decided to just do the whole kit. I plan on getting the Eastbear non-pop up headlights. I rebuilt the stock engine just to be able to drive it, but a rb26dett will be going in. (And that swap is not as hard as people say it is. You just need the funds.)

Black, Blue, and Green are out of the question-like trsilvias said dark colors hide the body kit.

Yellow would be ok if it was the porsche yellow - but i've never really liked yellow cars unless it is a lambo

I'm still thinking about white - but you can only make white cars look so good they never really look excellent

Red would be good but there are still so many red cars all over - I want to be original

Burnt Orange - There are starting to be more burnt orange cars, but I don't think there are to many yet

The front looks like a mazda, the back looks alright! its the big air ducts on the side i dont care too much for. maybe 1 would work for me, but 2 just makes your door look sunk in, especially with the stock door handles. if i were going that extreme, t hey'd be shaved

anyway paint it saab lime yellow, it's different, stands out, and i think is a sweet color

hahaha, that fiero is stupid. the rear fenders are all messed up looking, or maybe its the extreme height of the car. I also wouldn't like my cd player facing straight up and being so far away.

Lime green is fugly... It looks acceptable on that car, at that angle, when its that clean... You put that on a 240 and :barf:, not to mention that when its anything other than perfectly shiny its 10x uglier.

yes that fiero makes me want to puke... But it's not his, he posted the link, so for the motor questions how about checking? Its the stock 4 speed fiero motor :)

there is a reason people say the kit looks like ass. in my opinion, all body kits are for show. or u have fuckin sponsors out of ass like d1 people.

I couldnt ever imagine having a kit like that and PUssyFoot my car. being like "oh that will scrape, oh this will scratch" blah blah blah.

i really really would advice against puting that kit on. but if u do pick
any color you like

why wouldnt you put the motor in first? now who ever does the swap is gonna hafta worry about scraping/dinging COMPLETELY unnecessary bodykit. its gonna suck driving around getting smoked just for trying to look pretty until the RB is in......

no, you arent the only one. i think you either love it or hate it. i personally cant stand the way it looks, especially the rear panels and miata like front end. but to each his own, its not my money to waste
