HP increase

What kind of increase could i expect from

1. port and polish

2.  Greddy headers

3.  Cams from Gude DOHC

You'd probably score a realistic 10-15 from the cams.  I dont think they are that lumpy.
Then about 3-6 from headers, and another 3-6 from a port and polishing.  I dont think that our cars need an increase in flow too too much.
But.  These are numbers that I have pulled from the depths of my ass.

No clue on cams, Header sounds right 3-6 i guess, and a port an polish shouldn't really give you a HP gain...no more HP gain then changeing your oil.  I assume your talking about port and polish for the head.
