actually, my teardrops that came with my car are chrome, and as far as i know they came like that from the dealer. So i think it was an option

i've seen stock 7 spolk s13 SE's with chrome, but not tear drops. It's possible it is a factory option, but than look at his other auctions, it looks like he has quite a few chrome things, so this one might not be factory.

From reading the description, it certainly sounds like they chrome plate the wheel themselves. Chrome wheels were not an option from the factory, though a dealer could certainly have chromed some wheels to sell as options.
