Whos all goin to D1, anyone wanna meet up before hand and cruise out there. Looking to leave early though and dodge the cluster at the gate.

Super easy: Coming from the 91 west, exit Artesia/Bloomfield and turn right at the exit. The first light will be Shoemaker. Turn right. Go over the bridge (Back over the 91 freeway) and turn right at the light. Best Buy will be on your right, you can't miss it.

Ill only be hitting up sunday, the gates open at 8 so we have to leave pretty promptly at 7 Im sure it will be a zoo at 8 or so.

I went to saw the D1 practice session today. Really Tight, but feel sorry for RSR supra and Jspec S14 hit the wall when doing practice run, hope they will get it fix and tune for sunday.

word, i don't know if Orido will be driving Sunday.
the damage looked not TOO bad, but i dont know if they have the necessary parts to fix it.
the front brake rotor broke in half... and it aint a stock rotor either.

I know I suggested 7am but do you think it would be better to meet around 6:45 just to get there as early as possible?

dood. i picked up the GT4 and logitec steering wheel combo at fry's last night and i didnt get done playing till 5am in the morning! i went to sleep saying ill get up in 2 hours to go to D1 but of course that didnt work out. :duh:

I ended up getting an "official pass" and "vendor parking" so I got in and parked for FREE and was able to hang out trackside with all the drivers and check out the cars :D
