FS: 90 240sx KA24DE swap (seattle area)

ok here's the deal i have a 90 240sx for sale, i was gonna build it but i wanted a new car so i bought the WRX, the car is currently in seattle well actually renton, i really need to sell this car, here are the specs on it

90 240sx (charcoal gray) with a 91 KA24DE motor swapped in
brand new clutch, clutch slave and braided line
brand new tires
brand new adjustable tension arms up front
brand new adjustable rear upper control arm
eibach sportline springs
front and rear strut bars
momo steering wheel

the car is great shape for it's age, the body is very straight, just a few little dings and some scratches here, honestly it could use a respray but who needs fancy paint on a drift car :)

now for the bad, the car runs and drives but not the best, honestly it just needs a newer engine, the car is a great platform to build on, it really only needs about $1000 and some love to be a bad ass car, i would love to keep it but i don't have the time for it and the wife won't let me have this and the WRX :(

what is exactly wrong with the engine? is the power steering and a/c hooked up and working?

not really sure about the engine, i think it's just old, the a/c has been removed but the powersteering works
