I have not posted pics of my car here in ages so I thought I'd post a few. The wheels are not mine....borrowed for a show my club had this weekend, but I do plan on ordering them soon.

Ground clearnace with the lip is so so....not to many things to be worried about daily driving. Now when I get coilovers....might be some issues..hahaha

Yep...57 Pros...17x8 +30 up front and 17x9 +35 out back....

My plans are indeed to have a built Ka, but not for awhile...

Polished it.....when I had the intake mani and header off awhile back it opened up the majority of the engine bay. Just got some regular Meguiars cleaner and wax and went to town. I hit it up every now and again to keep it clean.....doing it the first time is the real bitch.

LOL....they are borrowed wheels for the time man...bringing them back today.

Quick question fellas....on the rear now (as I stated above) the rim is a 17x9 +35. If I were to get the same rim width (9 inches), but in a +25 offset....what would that give me? I'm aware it will give me a tad more lip, but will it push the rim out further resulting in it being a tad more flush as well?

No it will actually give you 12mm LESS lip. Lower offset does not mean more lip. The 9+35 is a "C" disc and has a 74mm lip, the 9 +25 is an "A" disc and only has a 62mm lip, "A" disc is generally ugly as they are the least "sunk" to clear large calipers..
74mm is the largest lip you can get on the 17x9's (unless you get custom straight from rays)
And obviously rducing the offset by 10mm will push the wheel out more by 10mm

no prob... if anything I'd do something about the fronts. the 8" +30
you have are "a" disc w/ a 43mm lip, you could switch to the 8" + 27 "b" disc and have a 74mm lip just like the rears...

Again....thanks for all the compliments guys.....it's a work in progress. I plan on ordering some coilovers as well as lots of other suspension goodies sometime this year.

And KOUKI KA-T.....I actually like less lip in the front..helps with the staggered look. Thanks again for the info..
