Well i was driving down Webb Chapel on my way to my buddy's house to get his car runnin finally.. driving along in the left lane and there were cars in the right lane... and then all the sudden a silverado came popin out from the cars on right... i never saw her and never had a chance to hit the brakes... then boom...

motor is stuffed into the firewall.. tranny is broken, center tunnel in the middle of the car is buckled, sunroof wont even open... all i can say is my car is totally fucked and it took a tole on my body... they were gonna take me to the hospital but the ambulance broke down so my dad took me..

the bitch doesn't have a license and was driving her boyfriends truck w/ no insurance...

Your insurance policy should have an uninsured motoroist clause in case shit like this happens... I assume you got some information from her at the scene of this magic "appearance out of nowhere," in which case you have personal information stating that she was at fault and there should have been a ticket for not having a license/insurance... Your insurance pays for the damage and doesn't hold it against you, and she and the owner of the vehicle she was driving are unable to get a legal license until they pay the fuck up...

glad you are okay man. I would defiantly do something about the situation. A guy hit me about a year and a half ago and got lucky that my friend chased him down. I was okay and the car was beat up alittle. His insurance paid for it, but it really did suck that the person knew what he was doing and didn't care about the situation. If I were you I wouldn't let this get past you. Do something about it.
