shave them off? its pretty easy, or you can throw some ducktape to cover them up so water doesnt get in...they sell diffrent colors in ducktape now...so you could prob get a color that doesnt look too ghetto. Or stickers hehe..they even add hp lol

i also know that method is good, but since my car is off cream white color... the place under my spoiler seems to go yellowing... this makes me feel bad to just remove it, also the 3M tape still here... hard to remove...

all you have to do is:

weld up the holes

grind down the welds

use bonbo to smooth it out

sand at 45 degree angles with 40 then 80 then 180

primer

sand with 320

paint

thats all you have to do for it to look nice.

OR you could just buy a hatch that doesn't have spoiler holes (something i wish i could have done)

THE END

Or just buy a fiberglass hatch

Yea, welding the holes is fine, it just gets fun when you have rust. ugh.

i rocked tape for a while, then got a spoilerless hatch from the junkyard and painted it

instead of duct tape, use vinyl from the vinyl sheets they use to make stickers at shops.

for my hatch, i just used red vinyl, looks much cleaner than electrical tape or duct tape. i think there's 10 holes to cover.

hey what kind of welding would be good to patch little holes like that? arc /mig welding?

get nice rubber plugs from a hardware store. White for a white car, black for any other color ;)

I got myself a spolierless and wiperless hatch in the same color as my car. Simple and easy.
