Video clip: RS*R ExMag on NA KA

Several of you have asked for a clip of the RSR ExMag on my non-turbo, stock KA. Here it is:

Now i've heard it on both a KA motor And an SR, and i must say it does sound nice on a KA...But the SR is Stealth with it.

Nice, damn mine's going to be loud. (no more turbo, N/A KA w/ a Greddy 3" downpipe, catco cat and ex mag) I'll just have to get off my ass and swap the motor already.

thats quite loud, my Blitz Realize TT is a hell of alot quieter. it also has a resonator so i'm sure it helps. but sounds nice anyways.

Damn my power extreme is a ot quieter than that, i guess 3in is loud on a NA no matter how you silence it.

Does anyone know if can buy the muffler separately and get custom piping, such as 2.5"? I know the older models had smaller than 3" piping, but not any more. I don't plan on going turbo any time soon but I really want a quiet performance exhaust. I'd probably get a resonator and hiflo cat too.

yeah....I thought this thing is susposed to be really quiet. Is it just b/c your NA?

Yes, I'm assuming it's because it's an NA. In the NA, exhaust flows directly from your manifold to your cats and out. With a turbo, you have the turbine in the exhaust path to quiet things down a bit.

And your car's turbo, that makes a much bigger difference. My dual n1 was fairly quiet on the ka-t, but pretty loud N/A....
but from that clip the exmag doesn't sound any quieter than my n1 dual was on my N/A motor at all. Oh well, the looks of the exmag are still a huge benefit just as much as how quiet it's supposed to be. Not to mention the n1 dual weighs in at a mere 345,944 pounds.

I knew it would be louder on a NA ka but I didn't think it would be that loud (which in al reality isn't very loud, just now what we all expected)

Damn I've been trying to tell people for 6 months that this thing is pretty loud on a N/A KA but no one wanted to listen -_-.....

Then again 6 months later the exhaust has shut itself up quite a bit :)

Nope, sorry, but I can tell yout that it's not too loud at idle or when cruising. It gets loud when you lay into the throttle.

The Exmag is quieter than alot of exhausts out. It does sort of have an OEM look to it.. but only to tuners. I still got pulled over with it lol.
