computer help!

C:\windows1\system32\autoexec.nt. the system file is not suitable for running MS-dos and microsoft windows applications. chose "close" to terminate the app.

i keep getting that when i try to open up a setup.exe to install my printer driver. ive never came across this problem before so dont know how to handle it
