Good valentines present idea..

I went to kroger and bought

4 1-lb cases of strawberries (they had a buy one get one free deal)

a 24oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
a 16oz bag of white chocolate chips
1 can of crisco veggie shortening


I made 25 Chocolate dipped strawberries, 20 white chocolate dipped, and another 15 i dipped in chocolate and pink chocolate (white chocolate w/ red food coloring).

So now i have 60 chocolate strawberries for my girl, fellas, i spent like $17 bucks.. you wouldnt believe how much chicks crave these things.

Im gunan package em nicely tomorrow and give them to her wish me luck :D

Oh and as far as making these things:

Wash and dry strawberries, throw out any bad ones with imperfections.

In a double boiler melt 2tbsp of crisco for every 16oz of chocolate chips (dark or white) and simply dip the strawberries in the coating and set on wax paper.

Place in fridge overnight.

So simple yet irresistable, i suggest you guys try it!

its so easy................... Godiva chocolate strawberries are $5 a berry... i made 60 (could had made more if some werent bad) for $17................... 60 godiva berries: $300

No, it allows it to melt into the pan without burning it

for every 16oz of chips 2 tablespoons of crisco... crisco doesnt keep it from burning, it allows it to form solid when it dries, same thing as using parafin wax in chocolates. The double boiler keeps everything from burning.


I gave these to my gf like so:

After foolin around i had the tray under my bed, and told her to close her eyes and open her mouth :D I bet she was expecting something different than a chocolate covered strawberry.... Anyways she ate one and was like MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMm and i brought up the tray and she was like "holy shit..... I LOVE YOU" it was great i then got a reward and she gave me a gift as well. EDIT: I went to the store and got another bag of white chocolate and tried it again. Turns out that the first bag (white Ghirardelli) is shit. It took hella time stiring and mixing for it to melt.

Guys white chocolate is really hard to work with, sorry i forgot to tell you, it solidifies really fast and you have to stir it but when u stir it it gets air into it and turns to fudge, milk chocolate is the best

But I will grant you that i do miss her, especially when i recall the events that took place that day, hell the whole duration was Fucking Rad. Older Chicks are great fucking experiences, i recommend them to all. Its ok i spend money on my car, which i haven't done since i was like 16 due to woman....

By the way what was instilled by said person, i have no need for any sort of gimmick to get laid. What i do need is to drink myself stupid becuase as of late i have been comparing them to her and they fail misreably, you know sort of compistae things. But yeah, if anything they need to get me drunk. It has happend before...
