Alright here's what I'm looking at:
I'm doing remote mount oil filter.
should I do the oil cooler mounted pre-filtering, post-filtering or the oil-feed-line for the turbo?

99% sure its POST filter.
I had instructions for it somewhere around here too.

I was thinking that it wouldn't actually affect cooling if I put it post filter vs pre-filter, but wasn't sure about pressure and stuff and how that would affect cooling. as far as pre-turbo I was thinking with the oil being cooled before going into the turbo it'd help to absorb some of the heat and maybe prolong the life of the turbo as well as not make it as hot = cooler intake charge but thinking about it now I guess that its only going to be by a few degrees and probably wouldn't make that much of a difference w/ keeping the turbo cooler.

I think its after filter because you want to get all the crap out of the oil before sending it to a oil cooler. That way you don't get your oil cooler clogged. It didn't really have a difference in cooling.
But I could be wrong.

the only thing about pre-filter I was thinking was could pressure drop at the filter have an effect??

just how much cooler is the oil after a oil cooler anyway? I've got a oil cooler off a MKIII Supra and was wondering if it would be worth keeping and installing....

i have a custom set up and its post filter, reason for post filter was because i wanted the cooled oil going directly to the engine and i wanted it filtered before it went into the cooler. it dropped the temp like 5 degrees celcius but my oil cooler is sandwhiched between my front mount and radiator.

tons of older turbo cars had stock oil coolers you can yank at a junkyard, you'll just have to get lines made. older turbo volvos, mk3 supras, 90 dsm turbo just to name a handful.
