how do they installUsing an allen wrench, you would remove the bolts in the front of the bov to remove the housing which will release the original silver insert, and then just replace it with the purple one, its pretty simple.

Those go for $28 brand new so stop whining. The purple is more of a whoosh and much quieter chirp. I think the gold is just for looks and is the same as the stock one.
