so i installed a set of flexs yesterday.. my bomex lip lasted about 3 miles before cracking - oh well

im running 205/60/15 tires all around and the front is about 1 finger wheel gap and the rear is about -.5 finger.

i got a couple of q's

1st whats a good height to have it at? i plan to keep the lip so im guessing i have to raise it a bit. but how much? i know a few guys on here have the same lip [ i also notice they are always replacing them ] so what height do you guys have your car at?

another concern was that i had to remove the fender lining but now the wheel is really close to the wire harness is this anything i should be worried about? if so what can i do to better protect the harness.

another thing is the rear dampening adjuster is kinda sticky so I can't use my fingers to adjust it and i dont want to remove/cut my rear carpet. I was thinking of making a small circular hole right above it so I can adjust it easily and cover the hole w/ a grommet or something.. anyone ever do this?

yea i think thats all for now.

thanks in advance for anyhelp

the rear im fine with. the front is pretty bad.. i scrap when there are small bumps in the road.. my lip.. my precious lip !!!

and i really don't want to rip out my rear carpet if i dont have to.. im trying to keep my car complete as possible [ remember this isn't a drift/track car its just my drive gingerly to school/work car ]
