1989 Nissan 240SX fastback

::CONDITION::
The only rust on this car is on the drivers side rocker, which will be repaired soon. The car is currently flat black but will be getting painted gloss black at the time of repair. The car has stock alloy wheels, clear bumper lights, and all red tails. This 240sx ran hard as hell up until last night, when it shot cyl. #4's rod. The transmission in this car shifted immaculately, and never once ground. The engine was hard, strong, and determined up until yesterday, when honestly, the rod knock came out of nowhere, it started knocking, and less than 30 minutes of driving later, the rod shot, as i pulled up to my house. This car would be excellent for a swap car, and was my baby, I loved her, but I just can't afford to fix this. Please make offers, or tell me how much it would be worth to you, remember, this car will have a rust free body and brand new paint.
