The 2 I have are beginning to strip and I want to replace them. Can I buy these from a Nissan dealership or do I have to go to a hardware store? Anyone know? thanks

go to a junkyard and steal the damn things.... a lot of nissan vehicles use the same upper strut bolts.

I snapped one of those bolts and just went to the hardware store. .10cent fix. works good, except I need a whole new mount since mines worn. the dealership won't sell you the bolt, they only sell you the whole mount.

Damn. How much did they want for the mount?

The studs in the upper mount are pressed in, you can't just replace them. The mounts run about $50 each from the dealer.

I've got four of them, $10 each, with good studs.

I don't need the stud, just the nuts for it.

I lost one of the bolts. It's a M12(metric) at the hardware store. The rears are M10.

The title of your post clearly says upper strut bolts. If you don't need those, then maybe revise the title so people know what you're talking about.
The nuts are standard M12x1.25 IIRC, you can find them anywhere, even off other parts of the car.
