when i run 9 psi it runs perfectly fine. when i turn it up to 12-13psi it stutters/sputters. kinda the same way when my timing was off and my plugs were gapped too big. its not a boost leak unless it is after the TB in the manifold or something. could it be a timing related issue or plug issue still? doesnt seem like it does it all the time. stock turbo, walbro fuel pump, stock injectors and regulator. EGT's seem to read at 1200F-1300F full throttle. thanks.

Sounds like the gap is still too big, or the plugs are dead.
What are they gapped at?

I run .035" on BKR7E's in my KA-T, but SR guys seem to like ~.028".

Trouble Shooting:
Check Mass Air Flow Sensor
Check Throttle Position Sensor
Check Spark Plugs
Check Timming
Check Vaccum Leak
Bad Mafs?
Faulty Plugs?
Bad Or Dirty Injectors?
Bad Vaccum Hoses?
Upgrade Fuel Pump?

symptoms dont match most mafs problems. i have a walbro. vacuum hoses...sr has like 3. no boost leaks. faulty plugs...maybe ill get some new ones and try it. what brand, temp? tps...if that was the case it would pry do it at any boost pressure. as for timing im pretty sure its dead on but it wouldnt hurt to check AGAIN.
