I haven't posted here in a while, anyway some lady hit my car, to make a long story short, she mest up... bad... its getting repaired and painted pearl black a few extras on the side, meanwhile I decided to go with springs + shock combo, and was wondering if anyone with Tein S-Tech's could post pictures of their S13's, preferably coupes, but truthfully it doesn't matter. By the way does anyone know if KYB GR2's will keep up with the S-techs?

Thank you
Youssef Faroudi

I don't have S-Techs but I know the GR-2 suck with stock springs...

i just got that same setup in the mail today, i plan on putting them on this weekend so i will let you know and post some pics. i have heard though that the gr-2s will sometimes blow out in about a year or less because they are a stock replacement shock. there are a coulpe of other posts about this same setup on here so check them out.

Tien + gr2= Save for agx. I got the tien/agx for my s14 not bad at all. Wish was a little lower but will hold till coilovers.

totally agree, you need agx, or some properly valved konis, or maybe even tockicko adjustables. any of them will do.
not gr-2

i had s-techs on my car before i installed my cusco comp0's.
they were aiight.
heres a pic of them on the front compared to the mildly lowered stance of my cusco's

truthfully you could search and end up with a lot of pictures. gr2 are shitty stock replacements.

First, i was thinking of buying the gr-2s, but then I ended up buying the AGXs. They are worth every penny. I am pretty happy with my setup, its not as a stiff as coilovers but it'll do
Oh, BTW i have s-techs installed along with the AGXs so ill try to get some pics up.
Good luck!!!
