you lose all the keys to your car? is there a way to have keys re-made from nissan? or is having all the locks replaced the only option?
i haven't lost all my keys (yet), but i lost my good set last week and am down to my last one, which is a pretty sucky copy that can only open the driver's side door or start the car. i'll be getting copies of the sucky key made tomorrow, but i was just wondering what can be done if by some horrible stroke of luck my last one disappears as well.
anyone have experience with this?

Bring your VIN#, ID, and registration/proof of ownership to the dealer, and they should be able to cut you a new key.

If you can still get into your car (and we all know 240SXs are easy to break into), there should be a key code in your glove compartment. A locksmith should be able to use that and make you another key.

wow that's some awesome info guys... i checked out streetkeys.com and it says that they can make a new master key, but the quote was like $80 :( i'm wondering if the dealership would have similar pricing... why couldn't they just do this kind of stuff at home depot or something???
i'm back at my dorm now, but i will definitely check the glove compartment n try to find this key code...as for now, i better keep a good eye on my last key and make sure it doesn't walk off on its own!

FYI, Nissan cannot make new keys based on VINs for S13s. You need the code from the glovebox.
