SR20DE, not DET. This is a typical JDM pull out from an S13, with motor (all assembled, never apart), tranny, wiring harness, ECU, clutch (used, from a friend's DET), flywheel, etc. - pretty much ready to drop in.
DE's use a distributor, instead of an individual coil setup. This one is missing the distributor cap. Also, the bottom stamped steel section of the oil pan needs massaging or replacing (very typical of imported SR's in general).
This should be completely ready to go. Add DET mani + turbo if you want - these motors have been proven good to 400RWHP, even with slightly higher compression (better spool!) and no oil squirters. You can use this method to easily build a 300+RWHP SR setup for less than the price of the typical 180RWHP DET setup.
Motor is located in my garage in San Marcos, Texas which is halfway between San Antonio and Austin. My asking price is for the stuff picked up there. I can meet you in Texas for an additional fee.
I really don't want to ship this, but if you INSIST and are serious, I could put it on a pallet and ship it at your expense.
