97 240sx SE side skirts...

I've got the opportunity to purchase OEM side skirts from a wrecked 97 SE, but I'm concerned on the fitment for my 95 coupe.

 Has anyone done a similar swap?

 How much work am I looking at to make these things work?

I'm new here so I don't know the regulars by name but I think......"black S14" has them on a 95-96 model.
