ive already done a search but still had some questions.

i just purchased a Nardi wheel and planning on getting the NRG quick release.

but as for hubs, ive read HKB is the way to go but here is my question

- do they make hubs that are CAR SPECIFIC?

another quetsion is, i see hubs but then i run across some that mention the SRS light. some people said they disengaged the light in all

but im wondering for people who have an aftermarket wheel does your SRS light appear?

- what hubs out there have the SRS disengagment plug and also still let your passenger side SRS work

thanks

Yes, they make car specific hubs... if you want HKB for yours i suggest jspec.com.

also HKB makes a kit specifically for the Airbag equipped cars to disengage that... i say go with that.

I guess i never researched about the SRS, but my light never comes on. You know im just running some cheapo imitation hub and it has been working fine. You have to get one that is for a nissan/240sx, or else the splines wont match.

I have the BOSS hub for my S14... and it comes with a SRS light plug, so that the light doesn't stay on, when you rid the airbag

i fixed the SRS light by taking the bulb out.

oh yeah i forgot to mention, BOSS is just the name for a hub.
usually they are called BOSS KITS
BOSS is not a brand.

for the poeple with HKB hubs does the signal cancel by itself or do you ahve to do it manually?
