after a minor incident and much deliberation, i have decided to swap out my rear bushings to poly bushings. My only question is how hard is this swap...and how much will have to pay at a shop.

You take that one thing out. Get the bushing out. Put the new one in.
Hope that helps as much as your post. ;)

they have special tools to remove certain bushings. you can rent them free at kragen/autozone type of stores with a deposit.

Yeah, and make sure you use that special JDM only bushing-burner tool, speeds the job up a lot

For the amount of greif ull go through to do it yourself and the money a shop will charge u(unless u know how or someone else that does) u might want to just replace the whole arm with an aftermarket tubular peice. Its a bit more but is much burlier than stock. Then again I'm a cheap bastard and like doing anoying things like bushing replacement so hell do whatever. Access to a press would do wonders here. Most any shop can do this work, give a couple locals a call and ask them how much it would be to
A: do all the work 4 you (warrentys R nice)
B: just take them the part and have them press them in 4 you
