need help on the s14.

Ok i need to know a thing or two about the 240sx. Does the 1995-1996 240sx have the same chassis as the 1997-1998? becaus i dont like the headlights on the 95-96. But i love the headlights on the s15, so i am probably going to get the convertion. The reason for the chassis is so that i know that i can get the right motor installed if i get the 240sx with the ka24det, cuz i want the sr20det. so ineed to know if the engine would fit on somewhat easiely.
I know that it is a stupid question and that the chassis probably is the same. Just dont make fun of me, i just want to get all the facts strait.

S14 95-98 same chassis

95-96 vs 97-98, different front-end and tail lights

The only way you get a KA24DET is if you put a turbo kit on the KA24DE, there is no such thing as a factory KA24DET
The SR20DET will bolt in with no problems fitment wise, wiring, install, problems with the swap are another thing

The S15 front end .. you can find part needed from various venders that sponsor zilvia.net

Yes the 95-96(Zenki) and the 97-98(kouki) are teh exact same chasis. They are both the S14 chasis. The only changes were made to headlights, tailights, side skirts etc. The same S14 chasis is retained from 95-98 in the USDM.

I think the mods allow the abuse to continue for a little while before locking the thread to prevent the retard from further transgressions, they almost always get locked after a little while
