the catalytic converter... not the fake one, i need to pass visual and the sniffer

If you buy a used cat you might still be in the same predicament because it is used. Maybe if you get an after market cat installed you would do better. Or check how much a stock cat costs.

I have a cat that has been used for about 6k miles it was brand new when I bought it...but its for 2" piping...it was on before I installed 3" exhaust...
