Mandrel formed cold drawn steel pipe (hollow) stabilizer bar, extremely lightweight yet about twice as stiff as the stock bar. Very few manufacturers can produce hollow stabilizer bars as they are very hard to bend without crimping the pipe. Hollow sway bars are only about 5% less stiff than a solid bar of the same diameter but weighs significantly less (this particular bar only weighs a couple of pounds).

This rear stabilizer bar is 3-way adjustable and comes with adjustable solid endlinks:

Brand new, never used. This is expensive but probably the best sway bar available for this application. $480 shipped.
