Well i couldnt help but notice that when i see pics of cars in or near a garage i wonder if that is there garage or what the rest of it looks like. ROFL I've been waiting for this thread. I *really* hope someone shows me up, cause I have a pretty sick setup here :bowdown:


First off, here's my "garage". I do small interior and electrical jobs here, with the occasional radiator swap:

When I have a bigger job (pretty much anything that requires lifting the car up) I go over to my "shop". Here I do brake install, exhaust, sway bars, etc:

Yup it's a pretty damn ghetto way to work on the s13. But there is a good reason I go there... If you notice the impacto gun laying on the floor thats a good hint. My carport sucks. My shop sucks too. But at least I've got compressed air, and there's something to be said for that. :rawk:

I'm tired of renting. All i want is a lil plot of land with a nice 2 car garage and and loft over top to put a bed. lol

In all seriousness, that why i havent been able to start any of the projects ive been meaning to start on my coupe (z32 brakes swap, bodywork, LSD install, new clutch, plus i want to purchase a machined head do my rebuild and match it up with my current block.)

Well, its almost that time, i may have foun a nice lil 3 bedroom, 1400 sq ft (small, but cozy) with an attached 2 car garage i'm soo stoked. its going to be soo pimp. I dont own too much stuff, but enough to make it look right. i have a pretty large (i dont know how many gallon) air compressor, i still need to buy an air tool set. also i have this really nice red craftsman rolling toolbox. Its huge, and get this the garage comes with a built in 'L' shaped bench with cabinets about 5' down one side, and all the way back to the back door on the other side. I'm soo stoked, this is my dream. Hopefully ill be able to post some pictures in a couple monthes.

Actually.. the esp mustang dyno sucks. If you have to abort, you have to back off of the dyno and weigh it again. that is rediculously gay. The scale on the worldwide/spx is built onto the lift(Maja). I've never had a problem since the system was installed.

The turnaround time for a tech is less than 8 hours. For our previous ESP machine it took anywhere from 1-3 days..now that is service. :ughd:

I also dislike the ESP Rep. Dave.. I think that's his name. He's very pushy and wouldn't give us a penny off the machine, so we resorted to world wide, good folks, honest, and their dynos are one of the best out there(German made). The machine is totally flush so it's quiet. Which is another one of Mustang's flawas.. those things are very loud and whiny. If you live in the east bay and like to check out my shop just PM me. I'll show you how much my machine is better than yours. :x:

I beleive I saw that original thread for that pic somewhere. There are more pics. It was actually a 300ZX meet at this guy's house who has an awesome garage.

2 car bay, possible a challenger lift, full length workbench along back, craftsman toolboxes, compressor pipes (1 over each bay, and one on side of each bay), drill press, band saw, scroll saw, bench grinder, table saw. (I do a lot of woodworking too), the top of the work bench is 1.75" butcher block. should be done around may.
