WTB KA24DE complete and running.

I'm looking for a KA24DE would like the motor to be complete and running with a 5 sped tranny. I have $400 to spend and i'm in Sacramento,CA. Oh and if you want I can trade you my 72 Datsun 510 wagon ( you get it towed) for a complete motor tranny and 5speed conversion (ie: hardlines master cylinder complete pettle assembly.) Everything.

The wagon is in good condition. Little surface rust. needs new wheel cylinders so the car isn't moving but it runs.
