ok welll unless i am about 3500 rpm's it doesnt do it, but in my 91 240 hatch whenever i get around 3500 rpms i can feel this horrible vibration comin from the rear left tire and also in the steering wheel, i was thinkin that maybe the belt in the tire was shot but there are new tires all around, soo if someone has any ideas let me know thanx

are you sure its not just steering wheel shimmy? cause if your subframe bushings are bad in the rear its a different feeling (to me anyway)...the steering wheel moves more left to right than up and down.

I have the same thing.. when I'm in 4th or 5th and I'm not going fast (4th - 50 mph ... 5th - 65 mph) and i press the throttle, i get a chugging vibration...
Probobly somethign different but I thought I'd mention it.

jack up the rear and give everything a good tug. It would hurt to put a wrench on everything. I had a similar problem, it turned out to be a blown shock

youre problem isnt really clear.
-if youre going over rough roads (like broken patchy loose asphault type) and your car loses traction and the steering wheel vibrates a little under acceleration, you can check out your usbframe bushings
-if everything is fine and you let off the gas and you get a jerk (not a vibration), check your mounts
-if you reach a certain speed and then you get a vibration in the steering wheel it could be a number of things in the front suspension. check the bushings there as well.
-of course if youre braking and your car vibrates check your rotors.
-also your tires could cause vibration if they wear unevenly (very unevenly).
clear things up a little cause youre problem isnt specific enough. in any case, hope thi sgives you a starting point to look at.
