What engine you got? I have never gone for "biggest" oil filter and can't quite think of a reason to do so, I always use Fram filters, the numbers on which would be XX3682... The "XX" part of that will vary dependent on which model Fram filter you get though

Frams sucks...ha
Anyway, there is really only one size of filter that will fit an. Some manufactures might be slighty larger than another but size makes no difference in it's filtering capabilities. If you want a larger filter or double filters you can use a filter relocation kit.

I understand why he's looking for it, a similar reason to why you get a larger oil pan. On my last car (ford probe GT) there were a few options for a larger filter that we used to get a bit higher capacity, since nobody made any aftermarket anything for that car. Like TheTimanator said, I'd look into a filter relocation kit and possibly double filters, if it's that important to you. If you're just looking for a bit more capacity, get a turbo, the oil lines will give you about the same increase in capacity as a slightly larger filter ;)
