Hey, did anybody go to the IREV or the WIC show? What did you guys think about Boostfactor's Sil-eighty?

I went to both.  That Sil-80 is the baddest mammer jammer that I have seen in a long time.  I can't believe he only placed 3rd at IREV behind those damned hondas!  My friend with a 97 240 SE is seriously considering the SR engine swap after he saw that other S14 with the ABFLUG rims.

I went to both, spoke with one of the guys from BF.com and also talked to the only other SR powered 240 there. &nbsp;He was cool, nice fat wheels on the thing!! &nbsp;That Sil80 what the shiet but its a drag queen so I hear <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> &nbsp; get that thing on a road course <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'>

DRAG QUEEN??? UMMM NO. It was never intended to be a drag queen. We're just gonna drag it cause we had the chance to. If you look closely the car doesnt' even have a roll cage in it. But it will since we're aiming for 10's next month. It wouldn't do bad at all on a road course. But the turbo might be alittle too big for it. We'll just slap on a T3 before we go out to the road course..hehehe.

alright coo! &nbsp;you guys plan on attending the John Eagle event in May or any www.thedriversedge.net events at all? &nbsp;I plan to hit those way more this year, it'd be nice to see more 240's out there, I know I had fun last year and it was kinda cool to have all the Type R's together racing.

I was at the met in Houston a couple weeks ago saw both Boostfactor preped cars Abflug wheels nice but did anyone notice the Red flaked painted s14 with te supra tallights (yucky)

sup, i'm from austin, i liked the 240sx's i saw. The red one was cool, except it could be better without the sparkles.... and i talked to the guy who had the two 240s there. &nbsp;but it was pimp overall.

Supra tailights- &nbsp;belongs on Supras/Toyotas. &nbsp;That sparkly S14 could have benefited by using Strawberry Face fenders to make the S15 headlights more OEM than bondo custom.

I know I'm a little late on this but I live in Copperas Cove,TX and drove 3hours to get to IREV. I must have missed a room because I looked online at a re-cap of the show, and there we're lots of cars I didn't see. The yellow and black S2000 is from the city next to me. It burned down a few days ago from electrical problems. Anyways who's going to HIN in Dallas?
