View Full Version : Front Ground Effects
My front bumper is hurtin to say the least.. I've got the paint peeling in multiple places,, as well as stress cracks (i think) from runnin up on a curb on accident .. so,...
i was wondering what kind of front ground fx you all think look good for a reasonable price, and where to buy them. I'm not trying to spend mad dough, i just want something that looks a lil diff than stock, but will still go along wieh thte rest of the body well without a full side skirts / rear etc.. thanks!

Get a wide mouth Bomex front bumper. You can get one at www.bomexaero.com and also at www.autoimaging.com. They sell for around $430 plus shipping.

Do you have anything but a radiator and and a/c condensor to fill up that wide mouth? IMHO, I think they look good on cars w/ a nice fat I/C up there, but otherwise they just get filled in w/ chicken wire and look tacky.
Bomex does make a tamer one though and there are gorgeous Nismo knock offs on ebay all the time. Not as big an opening, but still agressive and stylish.
how much should i expect to buy one for off ebay? also, i was quoted around 300$ to paint it... does that sound pricey? or about right?

I dont like buying shit off ebay as much (car parts anyway)
Its hard to know if their in real good quality, despite what someone says...I did bid on a 97 Ferrari 360 tho (lol, when the bid jsut started, the guy started it at 10 bucks and i bid 20...lol, the car sold for 125k )

if ur lookin for cheap, go to www.spoilers.com (same as Erebuni). they've got Veilside copy and another one (unsure of copy). also www.visracing.com . all of these require more fitment than real JDM bumpers......u will pay more to have em fit correctly
ps i've got real Veilside "bigmouth", not on car yet, but pics r on my site.........(btw, pre-fitment fit like a glove )
