I only played it 2 times when it first came out, but it was too laggy. haha, i heard it semi is.

Don't know what the IP is. I just double click on "latency" to give me the lowest #, and usually the room "Entropa" Is near the top.

It's only laggy if: You have a slow connection; slow computer; slow video card; and/or lots of trash on your comp which brings your comp speed down.

silly gaming noob! ;)

lag = slow connection/network dropping packets
SLOWDOWN = framerate drop from bad computer stuffs

i tried it but wasn't impressed. i hop on cs: source every now and then though.

hehe, the reason why it was laggy because it just came out to the public within the hour and it wasn't beta tested much. It runs much better now so i heard from when it came out.

on the subject of HL2, how would one go about getting HL: Source? I can't seem to purchase it from steam as I already have the 'bronze' setup (store bought!) I'm sure I could probably pirate it, but I doubt it would work with steam.

don't brother. I thought they were going to use all of the Source Engine into HL, but they didn't.

last i played, it was super laggy coding and only 2 maps.. did they upgrade it?

There are only 2 main maps.. there are others now, but I just like playing the 2.

I'll try using the "Friends" account thing see if that works.. then you'll be able to find me..
