On my 95, im leaking fuel right under the fuel filter. Seems the hose is cracked and bad. Now i know if i just remove the hose and change it, a lot of gas will spill out. Any ideas on how to keep the gas spillin out like crazy?
Thanks.

lol..
you have to release the fuel pressure.
Near the fuel filter you should see a black box with alot of fuses in it. (on the box you should see things labeled such as "A/C" and "Fuel Pump").
Open it up and take out the Fuel Pump fuse.
Take your gas cap off too.
Start your car and let it die.
Crank your car for 5 seconds after it dies..
try cranking it one more time just in case (it shouldn't start at all)
you won't see any fuel released from that hose if you do all this.

I on a 95 the fuse is by the driver side door panel. Taking the hose off is kinda hard so i suggest you get a new 300z fuel filter while you are at it and dont pull that hard you might break something ;).

if you have a hard time pulling off the hose, just cut a slit where the rubber hose meets the hardline... you're replacing anyways.

as other people said, its a good chance for you to replace BOTH hoses, and the fuel filter. all of it is cheap and good maintenance.
