Ive noticed on a few aging s13s, that the frame braces around the radiator support start to split in due time since it is a thin metal that is bearly spot welded. Dont say "oh your car is chit"... cuz its bound to happen over time, esp with a stiffer suspension and daily driving.
A bone stock S13 with stock suspension over time.

My car over time (coilovers, tension rods, strut tower bar, bumpy roads and a few rough incidents).

This is what it should really look like.

Attempting to spot weld the situation may look promissing, but eventually will become undone. (like within 2 days of driving).

The cheapest solution and most secure, would be to use bolts. Drill a few holes and run bolts thru it with locknuts. ( I saw this in a Drift Tengoku issue)

Final fix painted (be sure to paint it to prevent rust).
