so im running a walbro on my na ka. im running richi believe, because my gas mileage is terrible and i can smell gasoline from my injectors. can a FPR solve my problem to setting the pressure back to stock? and if so what FPR would be recommended for this?

I reccomend the Nismo FPR. You will need a Fuel Pressure guage as well to check you setting, they are cheap unless you want an in car one. To get more in depth, get an SAFC and run a wideband to get your fuel exactly where you want it..

Are you sure your injectors aren't leaking?

the stock pump is more than enough, unless your KA is built with larger injectors and would make good use of the pump.

Walbro typically does not overun the factory regulator...

Check the fuel pressure first, see if it's in spec. If it is, look elsewhere for you solution.

try new injector seals, alot of ka's i have seen are leaking anyway, adding a fresh pump might have hurt them, or you could check that your hoses are all clamped and that there is no leaking around the filter, and take the vacuum hose off your reg and see if there is gas in there, if there is your reg is past bad...........

the walbro 255 was fine for me n/a as well. still idled in the high 14s low 15's on the wideband.

check fuel pressure, check fpr vac source, check fuel filter
