heres the problem, i have water getting into the driverside floorpan only.

i know for a fact that it isnt coming from the door or the seals. i dont have fenderliners and i was wondering where else the water could be coming from. i know its been raining like crazy in ca but, ive never had this problem with any other car.

is the seal for the main wiring harness inside the fender prone to leaking? maybe the seam that joins the firewall to the shock tower?

anyone else experience this problem with the rain?

thanks

Do you have a sunroof?

Hood latch cable seal
Brake or clutch pedal master
Check under the carpet, near the tranny tunnel for rust ot even holes.
Also, the drain lines of the sunroof, one of them pass near the fuse panel!!

thanks for the replies! well i dont have a sunroof or carpeting, but i think the water is coming from near the interior fuse area or somewhere up there.

so no holes eh....cause it can leak into there from your rockerpanels if they are rusted out...for instance look inside the rear wheelwell on the driver side, facing forward right at the bottom.....holes can form there over time and let water into all kinds of weird places....

The boot that seals the master cylinder is probably leaky. My friend does not have his on his s13 and it leaks water when it rains.
