bad news: Tire Rack now has exclusive rights to those wheels. They have also let it be known that the lowest offset you'll find is 30mm - far from what you're looking for.

I think Gruppe-S will still grey market them for you if you want the good offsets.

Yeah, but thats if you order from them and they only dealt with SSR USA which didnt have half the wheels as SSR Japan.

You can still order them in good offsets from SSR Japan just find a distributor. May i suggest www.SpeedAlliance.com. They can get them.

http://www.speedstar.co.jp/collection/ssr_sp1/spec/spec_18.htm

Decide from there, then give Speed Alliance a call and see what they can do for you.

Hope that helps.

1 inch is = 25.4 mm

If you know what offset is and how it's calculated then do the math yourself. Seriously, it's not that hard.

i dont know how, can you explain?

Well alot depends on how much camber you want to run, tire size, and what your definition of flush is. Some pics for comparison to see what kinda look your going for would help.

....I already said 1 inch = 25.4 mm. So for every inch of width you add to your wheel, the wheel will stick outwards by half of that, 12.7 mm. Lowering offset by X mm makes a wheel stick out more by X mm. By using a combination of lowering offset and adding width, you need it to stick out another 50mm. So to calculate it for 50MM overfenders:

50mm = ([width increase in mm]/2) + (decrease in offset)

All you need to do now is to find a width/offset combo you like on a stock bodied car and make the calculations from there.

IE if someone likes 9"+15 on the back of a stock bodied S14 and he wanted to upgrade to a 10.5" width along with 50mm overfenders then:
10.5" - 9" = 1.5" = 38.1 mm
50 mm = (38.1/2) + (x)
x= 50 - 19mm
x = 31 mm decrease in offset
Now subtracting 31 from +15 offset = -16. So a 10.5" wheel with an offset of -16 would look roughly the same on a 50mm overfender car as a 9" +15 wheel would look on a stock bodied car.

See, it wasn't that hard.........
