I posted the folowing on freshalloy and now posting it here:
Hey what's going on guys. I'm not really an active member here but I know that this is one of the top notch places for tech advice and stuff like that. so anyways just as an updater here's a quote from my posts on some of the other 240sx boards

Alright so after much consideration, and weighing my options the ka-t fastback is coming back. I'm looking around for a CHEAP base model chasis, but if I can't find one i'll be using the se chasis. as far as motor and stuff like that I think I'll be going a tad more extreme than before. no t3/t4 setup on this car. I'm talking straight t66 or t72. as far as engine management I'm going to be getting away from all my piggyback controllers (no s-afc2, no avc-r, no 2 step, no jwt ecu). I'm looking at running an aem ems or windows based haltech, I'll be working with my engine tuner on which setup to run exactly. As far as manifolds and stuff I've been eyeing the phatka-t intake manifold and either their exhaust mani or revhards. internals as well as cam profiles are a little hush hush right now as I don't want to give away all my secrets but if I know you well enough and you ask I'll probably tell you. I started building it this time last year and my goal was may but that ended up not happening, going to be a bit more realistic this go around and put it late 2005 racing season. car is being built for drag, won't see too much street action. but it will be streetable. Also look for os-giken 6spd transmission. Rear end is going to be KAAZ and not sure exactly what gearing I'll be using. once again my tuner will have a big say on that as well as a lot of other stuff. cooling will be handled by spearco intercooler and koyo radiator with a nice external oil cooler. I'll also probably end up intstalling a rear-end gear lube cooler.
as far as my chasis is concerned I'll probably end up converting to 5 lug and running some lighteight wheels, maybe welds, with 300zx brakes to slow me down at the end of the track. Body work will stay stock, mostly, maybe front valence and side skirts. I'll be working pretty closely with my tuner for the suspension but I'll probably be going to solid tc rods and big whiteline rear bar, no front sway bar, and eibach sportlines with kyb agx's. probably won't spend the extra cash on sportlines.
anyways I'm glad to say I'll be coming back into the scene with a car rather than just being the guy chillin there without a car.

anyways my question is I have an act hdr4 clutch, its rated to 300something ft/lbs. the xt pressure plate brings that rated to 427. I'm probably, hopefully, putting more power than that down. Anybody had any experience with clutchmasters and there stage 5 kits. or any other kits for high torque apps? I had a clutchmasters stage 1 in the car originally and had nothing but issues with it, but also I was overdriving the car for a stage one so.... I'm looking for reviews and reccomendations.

get a d21 ka24e fly wheel(pinned for a 300zx clutch already) and n/a 300zx clutch, i ve heard of people doing that and getting the d21 fly wheel lightend, it weighs more than a 240 flywheel and the z clutch is heavier. i m gonna try it, i go tthe fly wheel and the z32 lcutch fits great, just gotta get it in the car

power: probably close to if not above the 600hp range.
driving: pretty much strictly drag strip with occasional street use, no street racing just cruising though.
