My car 91 240sx was running great all day yesterday. This AM I go to head out and it's hard starting.

Had to pump the gas to get it to fire.

Once fired it died.

Tried starting again and had to pump the gas to get it to fire.

Once fired I had to keep the rpms up around 2k to keep it from stalling.

I could drive around but had to keep the RPMs up to keep it from stalling.

When I let the RPMs drop down to see if it would idel it was extremly rough (idle).

What could possibly be wrong. What should I start to look at for problems? Maybe an O2 sensor????

I really appreciate any help.

check ecu for codes

then diagnose from there.

Check for loose, cut or disconnected vacuum line. If you can start the engine, go ahead & start it. Have someome hold the gas pedal down slightly and see if you can hear a hissing sound coming from the intake or throttle body side of the engine. If you do, then trace the source of your vacuum leak & repair it.
Anyhow, hope this helps..
