I have the do-luck front and rear ladder bars that need to go into my s14.I tried to find the instruction manual online but couldn't so I wonder if anyone know where to find it or knows how to install those. I know they should use the existing stock holes but exactly where? Anyone have any ideas?

Rear is self explanatory, find a picture on DoLuck's site and you'll see it, there's two 12mm bolts on the inside edge of the wheelwell and two 10mm holes in the frame rails, the bar mounts to those points.

Up front, there's two 12mm bolt holes in the side of the frame rails, the driverside lines up with the steering rack. The 'pin' on the bar's end plates lines up with a pre-existing hole in the rail, however on US cars it's welded in so you'll need to punch it out, drilling isn't an option due to the lack of space.

how exactly do you "punch" it out? Sorry for my ignorance.

With a punch. I used a large flat blade screwdriver and hammer for more impact, but a cold chisel, punch, anything solid enough will do it. The welds are thin and the plate will buckle quickly with a few good hits.
