ive been watchin the board for awhile, and like it alot...  im buying a white 91 SE 240sx friday!  i just wrecked my rx7 TII and blew the engine in my 91 NA rx7, so im sick of them!!  i hope to hang out here alot...

Ok, and when you guys get your 3rd gen RX-7's, you gotta post pics and pics and pics, and info, and more pics. &nbsp;Even if it's years and years down the road....I will still be in love with those cars. &nbsp;I have to own one someday, I just have to. &nbsp;But I can live with looking at the few I see driving around for now, and some pics. &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>

hey welcome! hope the s13 can live up to that rx-7. but you are makeing a good choice anyway and you will have a lot of fun with the new car. and from what i hear it should be much eaiser to maintaine. anyway post some pics of your car when you get it and you picked a good year to get. &nbsp;good luck with your new car!!

I think the MY91 240 is a great car and year. &nbsp;I just took mine in for a checkup at 108K miles. &nbsp;Had the injectors flushed and a new valve cover gasket, but that was it. &nbsp;I have had it since it had 4 mi on it and loved it ever since. &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':thumbsup:'>

Welcome to the board. I too, have owned a TurboII 87'. I only had the car for two weeks before the rear apex seal started to go.

You will find that the 240sx is comparable handling wise and can be made to go fast like a FC/FD turbo.
