Does anyone have any info on the RA and how good they are for an s13? I know they are not as good as the RE and RS. But for 1800$ I would hope Im getting a decent coilover system.
RA was the top of the line street/track set up for Tein for a while. I think it would be pretty damn good.

Well I know that but... they came out with the RE and RS so Im hoping they dont suck...haha or else I might just go FLTA2

Had them on my Z32, they performed well though not much adjustment range on the shocks, I pretty much left my shocks set at full soft the whole time, would have gone softer if it had more adjustment. Be prepared to service the shocks regularly (ie. every year or two) for best performance, you can tell the performance starts to go downhill after ~3 months. I am not such a big fan of very high spring rates either, after living with the RAs for 3 years - the stiffness makes the car very twitchy on bad pavement (ie. most street roads), I would only use it on a dedicated track car.
I have some shock dynos (vs. KTS dampers, RA dyno are the thick gray lines showing full soft and full hard) here, you can see the lack of adjustment range:
