I want to see if it's just me or other people, but my D2 coilovers are making real loud knocking and squeaking noises. My friend tightened the bolts up nice and tight so I don't think it's that. It's also all 4 coilovers. I've heard from some that coilovers make noise in the cold weather, but others I heard they don't get it. So my question is, anyone here with coilovers have a loud ass knocking/squeaking noise like mine? Also if they do, what kind are they?

Are you running over bumps, pot holes, or cracks in the pavement? Otherwise, I can't relate.

my coilovers always make neat noises.
actually everything in my car makes neat noises.
it's probably just the cold weather freezing everything in your car. so it creaksssssss.

Make sure you lubricate the uppermounts or your spring will bind and make it clunk.

well my rears don't have pillowball upper mounts and they make noise as well, all 4 coilies. So I don't think it's the upper mounts, but I'll try greasing the front ones just in case. d4tech it makes a noise whenever I drive on unsmooth roads, it can be pretty straight but any small incline or bump it will make several bumping noises.
