My quest in life.. help me figure out this NES game!!

Okay I'm sure everybody here played a little NES back in the day. Lately my friend and I broke out a bunch of the old classics (maniac mansion, river city ransom, rbi baseball, super off road, etc...)

Anyways, I was trying to remember the name of this game me and my neighbor played when we were little, but neither of us could come up with it. It was an awesome game and I'd LOVE to get my hands on it again.

It was a left to right scroller, in which you drive a big off-road truck. I'm not positive but I think you have missiles and stuff,.. you are constantly driving, you cant stop, and you can only move up and down on the screen (sort of like excitebike) Pressing and holding B will allow the entire truck to jump, the longer you hold, the further you jump. There were five levels.

sounds exactly like excitebike but no I dont remember it. I 2 nes's I wanna unload and about 32 games if anyones inerested.

it is similar to excitebike, same format, only you can use the whole screen, instead of just the bottem half. and one of the levels was a mountainous terrain I think...

i think im going to go dig up all my nintendo games. and im going to get an indash dvd player with monitor. but instead of a ps2 xbox gamecube etc.. im going to hook up a NES or an atari or something. haha

get a mini computer and hook that up to your omnitor, then install emulators, that way you can play all of the old school stuff (SNES, NES, GENESIS, GBA, ATARI, MAME, ETC)

NIGHTWALKER: Castelvania 2 is hard as FUCK. I beat it once but I cheated, used a password.. its easily the most ridiculously hard game ever in the history of EVER.

FUCK! Ninja Gaiden owned me for years! Ninja Gaiden 2, and 3 too. Only series that I beat all the games.

You guys would be surprised at the rediculous stuff you have to do in Castlvania 2. That game was so inovative, that's why it was so hard.

My NES emulator owns me. 700+ games and a controller = hours of fun.

Let's not forget RiverCityRansom. Fuck I loved that game too! (btw, you guys ever seen PussyCityRansom) a parody of RCR, but the characters run around with their penises hanging out and the chicks are all naked. :bigok:

i beat castlevania2. and yea it was hard. i actually tried to do it again by using those long passcodes you had to write down as you progresses through the game, but i lost mine!!! anyway, i remember dracula being really easy to beat too.

a really hard game was battletoads! my friends and i spent days and days just trying to get passed one of those speedbike levels.

not too be off topic, but my friend has one of those 76 in 1 lil game thingies that you plug into the tv. This one. It has tons of NES games on it!! crazy, they like knocked em off and thru em on here. Its pretty cool in my opinion, we where playin it last night, has contra, excitebike and mario etc.
